About Me

My love for advertising and public relations started before I even knew what it was. Since then, it’s bloomed into a way to push myself to greater limits and create work that I’m proud of.

I’m currently based in Connecticut, but plan to move to New York City in June 2022.

  • When I was a child, I had an obsession with infomercials. There were no morning cartoons for me; I’d watch those hour-long programs, take notes, and persuade my parents to buy the product. It rarely worked, but a 10 year old gushing about the new Shark vacuum cleaner had to be pretty entertaining.

  • I enrolled in the School of Communication and Media Arts Sacred Heart University in fall 2018 because of their immersive and hands-on teaching styles. In my four years I’ve been able to shoot in television studios, pitch topics in a news room, and collaborate with other students to run two successful campus-wide campaigns.

  • My end goal is to find a mutual-fit with a company that I can grow with. I fell in love with New York (you can read why here) so ideally I’d like to end up there, but I love an adventure.

Public Relations

In my 2.5 years of intern experience along with my coursework, I have developed a multifaceted understanding for public relations. I have worked in the beauty/lifestyle, editorial, and retail industry.

Journalism

For the past two years, I have written for The Spectrum. First as a staff writer, then Assistant News Editor, and now Features Editor. As a head editor I lead an editing team as well as staff writers.

Campaigns

I’ve conducted numerous campaigns, both global and local. Most recently, I worked on Romer Skincare’s “Product Exhaustion” campaign that launched in airports around the country.
